Machining
During machining, material is processed using modern machine tools so that the workpiece achieves the desired geometry and precision. ANG uses sophisticated CNC technology to manufacture components reliably and efficiently – from individual prototypes to series production. Turning
ANG manufactures series parts on modern machining centres equipped with up to 7 axes. This technology enables complex and versatile machining in a single operation.

Among other things, a robotised and automated Mazak Integrex i300ST is available, which covers dimensions of ø 300x1500 mm.
​
We also offer CNC turning for workpieces with diameters of ø 1000 x 2000 mm and ø 800 x 4000 mm.
Milling
We machine components up to dimensions of 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm on modern drilling and milling centres. Several 5-axis milling centres and a fully automated machining centre are available.

We use, among other things, the Hermle robot milling centre (model C32U + RS1) for parts with a machining area of 650 x 650 x 500 mm to ensure maximum efficiency.
Grinding
To optimise surface quality, ANG offers grinding processes that significantly improve dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This means that even the most demanding requirements can be met.

We can offer you surface grinding on a magnetic table measuring 400 × 800 mm. The Z-axis is around 550 mm.
​
For cylindrical grinding, we can work with Ø 300 x 1500 mm.
If subsequent heat treatment is necessary, we can also offer you various options.
