Quality assurance
Certification
ANG Sarl has been EN 9100 certified since October 2025. This is a European standard that specifies requirements for quality management systems for companies in the aerospace and defence industries. It is based on ISO 9001, but includes additional industry-specific rules for greater safety and quality.
Wintool
We use Wintool as a tool for maximum efficiency in our workflow. This independent software also allows us to achieve absolute repeat accuracy in the manufacture of your parts.
Installation and maintenance
ANG has qualified fitters who not only assemble and install machines, but also reliably maintain high-precision production facilities and other technical systems for the implementation of turnkey projects.
CAD/ CAM
CAD/CAM (Solidworks and TopSolid) enable precise and efficient design and manufacturing. Digital planning allows errors to be identified and avoided at an early stage. This significantly increases product quality and repeat accuracy. The automated processes also shorten production time.
3D control
During and after processing, the mechanical parts are checked meticulously either directly on the machine or in our measuring room using all available technical means. The STEP file enables us to measure and check free forms.

Among other things, we use machines from Wenzel (LH87) for 1500 x 800 x 700 mm and from Aberlink (Zenith Too 1500) for 1500 x 1000 x 500 mm. Inspections in the measuring room are at the heart of our work, and no part leaves our workshop without undergoing them.
Tool management
With Haimer tool presetting devices, we optimise our work right from the start.
Research
We have a well-equipped laboratory for metallurgical analysis at our disposal for analysing our test samples for research and development projects and for ensuring the quality of the parts produced.
